I really like the flexibility of doing the check in and the fastest to get in, after a long time flight.The only thing to change is to do it a better cleaning floor, specifically close to your bed & include a small soap to washing your hands on your private room

They DON'T CARE about guests at all. Their staff don't help at all. They say they want to help but then blame it on booking sites.We booked the wrong dates by mistake and immediately tried to contact them to change them, they had the same room at the same proce for the correct dates, they said they couldn't help, we are so extremely DISSAPOINTED. If you want to keep your money and have a nice stay, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

La dame de l'accueil a été extrêmement gentille ainsi que Hawa. Autrement le reste de l'hôtel est exécrable. Il y avait un vieille homme blanc je pense loger par le Samu qui se baladé dans l'hôtel comme s'il était le patron demandé des cigarettes et un peu trop flirtant à mon goût. De plus pas de matériel correcte à disposition des clients. Petit déjeuner sans RIEN pas de jus d'orange que des yahourts nature quand vous demandez plus de choses on vous réponds y'en a plus aucun effort et sans parler de la propreté.. salle de bain vieille et déguelasse plus le chauffage laisse à désirer.. y'a rien qui va !! Avec l'aide de Dieu je ne reviendrai PLUS JAMAIS! Je ne recommande pas.

Accueil peu amène (personne en fin de service attend son collègue n’a pas voulu donner les clés). Épave (voiture) sur le parking et dépotoire à poussettes. Prostitution autour et dans l’établissement, semble-t-il.

Horrible et le mot est faible ! Pas digne d'un hôtel pas même d'un hall de gare !!! Une odeur pestilencielle: mélange de vomi et de tabac froid. Des cheveux et poils pubien dans les draps et de grosses taches noires au sol. Le responsable n'a pas daigné se déplacer voir. (Nous tenons quelques photos à vôtre disposition malheureusement pour vous sans l'odeur. Nous avons été contraints d'aller dormir ailleurs... Perte sèche pour nous et les hôtels Première Classe qui ne sont pas prêts de nous revoir. Hôtel.com gagnerat certainement à s'intéresser d'un peu plus près à la qualité des prestations qu'il propose à la vente...
