Silence is golden and guaranteed: the villa is sitting underneath the path, chemin de douaniers (GR34), just in between the path and the seaside, i.e. no cars, no traffic, and no noise. You and your family have a direct two-minute walking access to the beach and the sea.

This beach apartment de 60m² is on the ground floor of the high standard villa and has its own separate entry.
Its offers one 2-bedroom parents room, a 4-bedroom children room, 1-bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. The open kitchen is fully equipped, the salon is equipped with a tv station as well as a hifi station and spots fantastic views to the beach and the seaside.
The bedrooms have direct access each to the huge wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the sun, your lunch, teatime and dinner on the spacious terrace outside or observe the kids playing on the beach while you are staying at home.
Please be aware that the access to the apartment is not fit for people who have walking difficulties!
A game club for children is open during the summer months.
