Surrounded by a vast 1,900 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, this 120 m² family home offers all the spirit of a great holiday on the Emerald Coast: beach visits, terrace meals, long summer evenings, seaside walks and moments shared with family and friends.
The house boasts lovely sea views and a particularly sought-after location, above the harbour and within easy reach of coastal paths and beaches. Wifi, sheets and towels included - we're waiting for you!

Designed as a true family holiday home, La Pastourelle combines comfort, simplicity and conviviality.
The ground floor comprises a beautiful, bright 42 m² living room (with fireplace) opening onto a large sunny terrace, a comfortable lounge and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen - ideal for cooking, sharing large meals and enjoying time together after a day at the beach.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with armchairs, TV and fireplace
- Open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with private toilet (bidet and washbasin)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with en suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair.

Outside:
- A large 30m² terrace facing south-west, with its own furniture.
- The large, enclosed, private garden of 1,900 m² completely surrounds the house and offers plenty of space to make the most of your holiday: meals in the sun, games for the children, quiet moments for reading,
aperitifs after the market or the beach. A swing is also available for younger guests.

The house is ideally located just above the harbour, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Grande Plage via the pleasant "Promenade du Soleil Levant", and close to the Mare beach and the Semaphore.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the house's car parks (up to 4 vehicles).

Activities :
Saint-Cast and the Emerald Coast offer a multitude of activities.
- sailing, golf, tennis, horse riding, paddle, beach clubs
- magnificent walks along the GR34
- Breton markets and picturesque harbours
- excursions to Saint-Malo, Dinan, Erquy, Cap Fréhel or Mont-Saint-Michel
