Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat to rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, 200 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It sleeps up to 4 people.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared heated swimming pool, open from 1 July to 31 August
- A 4.50 m² west-facing balcony accessible from the living room. A table, two chairs and two deckchairs are available.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Plancoët, about 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 100 km away

The apt itself is very bright, facing the back street not to the parking in center town that gets so busy, functional, simple but cute decoration. We have all what we need. My husband and I are very happy that we have chosen this apartment. 🙁 Nothing really. The garage was a bit small for our Santa Fe Hyundai .So we just leave the car at free Public parking. Toilet needs to be cleaned more thoroughly and odorizer perhaps is a nice idea."

Super séjour soucis au niveau du garage

Séjour agréable mais nous n avons pu profiter du garage car la conciergerie n avait pas les clés et les précédents locataires les avaient laissées dans la boîte aux lettres inaccessible par la conciergerie.Ps prevoir plus de jeux de clés.
