A parental suite: 1 bed 140 X 200 with adjoining a bathroom.
An independent toilet and a computer area with internet connection.
On the floor, 2 main rooms (1 bed 140 X 200 and 2 beds 0. 90 X 200 with 1 bed of baby), a 2nd living room with a television and a computer (sofa bed trundle).
A bathroom (1 bath, shower screen and heated towel rail) and a separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy the East terrace of 25 m² furnished with table and chairs for 8 people and more, the private parking of 3 places and more.
Laundry in the garage with washing machine and dryer.
Baby equipment: high chair, cot and bath.
