Quiet Provencal villa with swimming pool and 1500 square meters of land.
Four bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the floor, a master bedroom with bathroom and built-in dressing.
20 minutes from Lake St Cassien, 45 minutes from the beaches of Fréjus and Mandelieu and 1 hour from the Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
Located 3 minutes from the village where you will find small shops, restaurants, pharmacy and weekly market.
Also located 300 meters from the caves.
The villa, easy access, is placed in the middle of a garden of 1500m2, offering the possibility of parking more than three cars. The play area has a swimming pool with its beach and its (8) suns baths dedicated to idleness, a bowling green, a ping pong table, a beautiful terrace of paved ground floor, with a table (8 people) and garden chairs, shaded by a pergola next to the pool, a small garden and another table for 6 people come to decorate the whole.
The entry of the home of even foot, gives on an open kitchen equipped with stay of 60 m2 bright by its big openings in pavilions, two rooms of the RDC also give on this terrace: a room master with its room of water and its dressing room, another bathroom is dedicated to the second bedroom of the ground floor.
Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and separate toilet, located on the landing of the floor.
A laundry room completes the comforts of home as well as Internet and WI-FI, flat screen 130 cm in the living room and a 80cm TV is in the master bedroom of the ground floor and a TV 80cm is also in a room on the floor HiFi chain, American fridge, induction hob, oven, espresso machine, robot, kettle and many appliances add to the comfort.
A baby cot, a bath and a high chair can be provided free of charge.

This is a great villa, in a lovely location. The hosts were very welcoming and check in and out were very straight forward. Very well equipped. Very clean. All the things you would need, in a super village with boulangerie, shops and good range of restaurants. Lots to visit locally as well. We would highly recommend. Thank you for an excellent holiday.

Fabulous villa and a great stay from start to finish. Lovely owners, thorough check-in on arrival and a bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge! Really well-equipped villa. Beds were comfortable. Pool was lovely. Lots of seating areas to choose from. Great location - village is lovely. We visited and had a tour of the caves, which are on the same road! Beautiful lake nearby which was lovely to swim in (Lac St Cassien). Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property in quiet Medieval Village

Everything about this property was perfect for the holiday that we wanted. Situated in a peaceful location, just a 3 minute drive from a beautiful Medieval village, the property provided a tranquil haven for rest while still being close enough to get to the beaches and other many attractions that the South of France has to offer. Michel, the host, could not have been more helpful. Quick to fix any issues, his handover brief was clear and fully understandable. The property was immaculately clean and the pool was used almost constantly. In addition there was a table tennis table and a petanque court. The village has at least two markets a week and numerous restaurants and a small supermarket which caters for all ones holiday needs. I fully recommend Michel and his villa as a location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday destination away from the crowds of the South of France.

Vi har haft en rigtig god uge i dette skønne skønne hus. Vi fik en super god modtagelse og gennemgang af Michel. Huset har alle de nødvendige bekvemmeligheder der er behov for. Godt udstyret køkken og gasgrill. Poolen var fantastisk og vi fik spillet petanque på husets bane. En klar anbefaling herfra.Benny

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette propriété située à St Cezaire, environnement très calme . Le village est proche de Grasse et de la côte ,très joli et très agréable , commerces et petits restaurants tous très bien. La maison est conforme à l’annonce , très propre, literie de qualité, très bien équipée. Nous avons passé quinze jours à l’extérieur, belle terrasse et la piscine vraiment que du bonheur. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et à l’écoute. Merci encore à vous Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Deux super semaines en famille

Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants et 5 adultes et avons passé deux semaines au calme très agréables. Tout est conforme au descriptif. Accueil très sympa et délicate attention de nos hôtes. Piscine parfaite aussi bien en dimensions qu'en qualité de l'eau ce qui a été un pur bonheur notamment pour nos enfants. Tout a été parfait, rien de négatif. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Michel und seine Frau haben uns herzlich und perfekt mit Champagner empfangen. Das Haus mit der Inneneinrichtung, den Möbeln, dem Garten, dem Pool ist große Klasse. Die Küche ist komplett, modern und bestens mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Die Klimatisierung über den Boden funktioniert perfekt, wir hatten Max. 23 Grad im Haus bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur. Der Ort selbst ist wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Tipp: der regionale Bauernmarkt am Samstag. Wenn es bei uns passt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen, vielen Dank!

Parfait

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille dans la propriété de Mr et Mme Lorman. La maison est impeccable et très bien équipée. L’extérieur est très agréable, nous avons profité de la belle piscine, du terrain de boules et de la table de ping-pong. La proximité du charmant village de St Cezaire est un atout considérable. Nous avons également visité la parfumerie Fragonnard et le beau village de Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour. Super!

Nous avons passé d’agréable vacances en famille. La maison est propre et spacieuse. Elle est agréable à vivre avec des enfants en bas âges (9 ans, 5 ans et un bébé de 4 mois). Tout y ai pour passer de bons moments: piscine, terrain de pétanque, tranpoline, table de Ping Pong! Sans oublier les propriétaires qui sont d’une grande gentillesse et plein de conseils sur les loisirs alentours. Merci encore à eux. Nous conseillons!

Séjour au paradis

Michel et Antoinette sont des hôtes très accueillant et sympathiques. Merci pour la petite attention dans le frigo :) La maison est un petit coin de paradis, très bien entretenu et très bien aménagé pour une famille avec enfants. Je recommande les yeux fermés :)

Skønt feriehus

Vi havde 3 skønne uger i jeres dejlige hus, som er meget rummeligt og virkeligt rent og dejligt indrettet. Vi nød den dejlige have med en helt fantastisk pool, og vil bare sige at huset og haven overraskede os positivt i forhold til billederne i annoncen. Alt i huset var i orden, og hvis vi havde spørgsmål var udlejer hurtig til at vende tilbage. Det eneste vi kunne savne som vinelskere var et godt stort vinglas til at nyde de dejlige Rosévine fra området i! Vi kan kun anbefale dette hus som ligger i rolige omgivelser, men det kræver at man har bil til rådighed.

Dit is een absolute aanrader als u een vakantie zoekt waarbij alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd is. Het huis is modern en KRAAKnet. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en hoeven absoluut niet bescheiden te zijn door te zeggen dat de service die zij bieden normaal is. Hun service is buitengewoon. Op elke vraag krijg je binnen de 10 minuten een antwoord. Michel staat 24/7 klaar om te helpen indien nodig. Een huis waar je enkel kleren en een goed humeur nodig hebt. De rest is voorzien. Un lieu de vacances agréable

Très grande maison conforme au descriptif, bien agréable et très bien aménagée dans laquelle les ingrédients d’un bon séjour sont rassemblés : terrain de boules, table de ping pong, barbecue, belle piscine, verdure et cuisine super bien équipée…. En une quinzaine de minutes, vous pouvez rejoindre le charmant village à pieds où vous trouverez les commerces essentiels. Les propriétaires sont charmants, arrangeants et font preuve d’attention envers leurs hôtes. Si nous devions faire quelques suggestions d’amélioration, ce serait un éclairage nocturne du terrain de boules et des oreillers plus confortables. Nous remercions vivement les propriétaires pour leur accueil et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. En revanche, notre expérience avec le site de réservation est un point décevant. Dix-sept jours après la fin du séjour, la caution n’est toujours pas remboursée, contrairement aux délais annoncés lors du paiement de la réservation. Je préfère de loin l’utilisation d’un autre site bien connu qui se contente de prendre l’empreinte de la carte bancaire.

Une résidence idéalement située, propice à la détente

A 20 min. de GRASSE, à 20 min. du lac ST CASSIEN, à 50 min. de ST RAPHAEL, ST CEZAIRE est un village authentique, rafraîchissant situé dans les hauteurs entre les Alpes Maritimes et la Provence. La maison de Monsieur et Madame LORMAN est magnifique et tout y est prévu pour le confort et la distraction des locataires: après 1200 km de route, nous avons eu la satisfaction de découvrir nos lits faits et les dotations de linge de maison préparées pour 15 jours; dès le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous avons profité de la belle piscine, de la table de ping-pong, du terrain de boules puis du home cinéma avec nos amis. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentifs à leurs locataires.

Les propriétaires ont su nous recevoir et nous prodiguer d’intéressantes informations pour découvrir au mieux la région. Nous avons apprécié  l’agréable température constante de la maison, tout en étant épargnés des moustiques grâce aux installations prévues à cet effet. Les prestations sont  bien conformes à ce qui était présenté dans l’annonce, comme sur  les photos. Nous avons vécu un très agréable séjour avec parents et grands enfants

Parfait, nous recommandons

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, petit cadeau de bien venue,bien sympathique, maison très agréable autant par son confort que par son exposition. Nous sommes particulièrement sensibles au confort de la literie et pour une fois, nous n’avons que des critiques positives à faire. Merveilleux équipement en terrasse proche de la piscine qui nous a permis de passer de véritables et agréables vacances en famille. Bien à recommander !
