This spacious country manor, located on a picturesque Gypsy Cob equestrian farm, offers you the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and authenticity. Ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people, it provides a serene setting with a fully fenced garden, ensuring children's safety.
The house features four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one on the ground floor, as well as an additional room for teenagers, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone. Bed linen and towels are provided, and baby equipment such as a high chair is available.
Enjoy the large living room with a regional library or prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a barbecue and two illuminated picnic tables invite you to enjoy outdoor meals in a peaceful rural environment.
The property is ideally located near a lake, a gourmet restaurant, and the Moulin de Porchères, known for its unique floating barbecues. Weekly farmers' markets are held in Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle (on Sundays) and in Montpon (during the week).
You have easy access to Saint-Émilion (20 minutes), Bordeaux, Périgueux, Bergerac, and Angoulême (1 hour), and you are only 1.5 hours from the Arcachon Basin, Royan, and major Périgord sites such as Sarlat, Brantôme, and Monbazillac.
