Our holiday cottage in the Sarthe region is located 30 km from Le Mans, 25 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe, and 40 km from La Flèche Zoo, between Loué and Brûlon (a charming small town). Explore over 120 km of hiking, mountain biking, and cycling trails. Enjoy the enclosed 300 m² garden with a terrace and pétanque court, perfect for children. The cottage sleeps 8 and features a fully equipped kitchen, a 40 m² living room, and four bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and toilets. Four bedrooms have two single beds (90 cm) and baby equipment is provided. Included: bed linen, household linen, and Wi-Fi. Heating, electricity, towels, and cleaning are available for an additional fee.
