Prices :
- High season (from June 22 to August 23), rent for 2 weeks minimum: 2800 € per week
- Rest of the year (including All Saints holidays, Christmas, Easter, May including Ascension point, Spring until June 22 morning, summer from August 23): rental for a minimum week: 2200 € per week.

The rates include heating in winter, free access to Wifi and the provision of 6 used bikes.

Modalities:
- Payment of 50% deposit upon reservation.
- Deposit 1000 € refundable 14 days after departure.
- Participation of 200 € requested to ensure the cleaning at the end of the hiring
- The house is rented without sheets, duvet covers and without towels. Possibility of asking to have sheets, duvet covers and towels, with beds made. Participation of 40 € per person wishing sheets and towels.
