Located just 20 m from the Loire, this comfortable 50 m² cottage is ideal for 2 guests and features a JACUZZI SPA and access to a pool (under your responsibility).



The region offers medieval history, architecture, vineyards, equestrian traditions, and gastronomy. The cottage is 10 minutes from Saumur and 35 minutes from Angers.



You’ll find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, a 160 cm electric bed with independent mattresses, and a spacious walk-in shower.



Towels and kitchen linens are provided, except for personal products (shampoo, shower gel, etc.).



After a day exploring, relax in the indoor JACUZZI. The above-ground pool is available depending on the weather.



The cottage adjoins the owners’ house; they are present and available to assist you. The property is secured with an electric gate, outdoor camera, and full fencing. Parking is right in front of the cottage.



Pets are welcome if very sociable. We hope you enjoy your stay.
