The accommodation is located in the main house of a charming, fully renovated former farmhouse, retaining its original character.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 70 m² living area encompassing the lounge, dining room, staircase, and kitchen. This welcoming room features two decorative fireplaces, a series of antique wardrobes, and a period clock.
Also on the ground floor, in the lean-to, are an 11 m² bedroom, a shower room (sink and shower), the granite-paved entrance hall, a separate WC, and the "Ty-Vorn" lounge (11 m²), converted from the former bakehouse and featuring its original fireplace.
On the first floor (70 m² in total), you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The master bedroom has a study area, a dressing room, and a fireplace. A second bedroom features an elegant marble fireplace. The third, smaller bedroom is particularly suitable for children with its bunk bed.
On the second floor (a converted attic), two spacious bedrooms occupy the ends of the floor, while a central area is dedicated to relaxation and leisure.
For families, a crib and a high chair are available. The accommodation is also equipped with an iron and ironing board for your convenience during your stay.
Heating is provided by an air-source heat pump with underfloor heating on the ground floor and cast-iron radiators on the upper floors.
Outside, in the entrance courtyard, you can admire a restored and secured well as the old cider press. Several parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
On the garden side, the property features a pleasant gravel courtyard of approximately 80 m² and a lawn of approximately 120 m². Guests can enjoy an antique farmhouse table with benches for outdoor dining, a barbecue, a pétanque court, and a garden lounge set with four armchairs. Younger guests will also appreciate the slide in the garden.
This cottage combines old-world charm, modern comforts, and beautiful outdoor spaces for holidays with family or friends.
In the farmhouse, only the main house, the entrance courtyard and the courtyard facing the house (courtyard and lawn) are accessible to tenants.The old annexes (nurseries, shed) are not rented. Renovation work is planned in some of them.

The small town of Pontrieux (ranked 6th favorite village of the French 2023) is 3 kilometers away. There are restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, as well as several doctors.The town of Pontrieux offers tourist attractions: boat rides, historic heart and small steam train to Paimpol.5 kilometers away, you can visit the departmental estate of La Roche-Jacut with its castle, the construction of which dates back to the 15th century. Exhibitions are held regularly.Other nearby landmarks: Beauport Abbey near Paimpol, the historic heart of Guingamp and its prison.The beaches of Bréhec and Trestel are about half an hour's drive away. The island of Bréhat is a destination for a day trip.Perros-Guirec and the Pink Granite Coast are 25 kilometers away.For children, the Armoriparc is about 15 kilometers away, in Bégard.

The remains of 2 flax mills are still visible, as well as the stones of an old wash house.One of the farmhouse's old buildings houses old tools and equipment used on the farm in the late 19th century and 20th century.
