Entirely detached and private three bedroom house set in 29 acres/12 hectares of rolling pasture and woodland that can be enjoyed whilst staying at House on the Hill. Take advantage of your own beautiful south facing patio with a BBQ, take a walk or a picnic in the extensive and secluded surrounding land whilst being only 12 minutes from Eymet and 3 from Lauzun yet we are still only 30 minutes from Bergerac airport. A great place to stay and unwind and a great base to explore this wonderful area.

Three bedroom property consisting of double bedroom on ground floor, two bedrooms on first floor, one king with ensuite and one twin room. Shower room on ground floor. Well equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, oven, hob, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tea towels provided), separate dining room, separate living room. The cottage has a substantial south facing terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation. Amenities include UK Freesat TV,French TV, towels and bedding provided, iron and ironing board, BBQ. Oh and did we mention the near 12 hectares of land in which to enjoy a picnic or walk?

The pool is EXCLUSIVE to your gite and completely private. As owners we do NOT use the guest pool. There is lots of space around the pool, with sun loungers and parasols. It's a beautiful location, approximately 40 metres from the Gite.

Great stay on beautiful countryside!

Awesome property with wonderful views on the countryside from the shadowed terrasse where we spent most of our time, as well as in the marvelous, clean saltwater pool. Amazing hosts that made sure that we missed nothing and went out of their way to help organize speedy repair of car breakdown, and provided us with many useful tips for excursions, restaurants, events. Great base to discover "la Dordogne" with its vineyards, castles, old churches,"bastides" and caves (Lascaux). Hopefully we can return back in the future. Thank you so much, Jamie and Esther, for making this holiday really special!
