A Beautiful charming rustic and contemporary renovated farm house. Superb gourmet kitchen outside BBQ, & table tennis for the whole family. It is set amongst wild flower meadows and walnut trees. This is a perfect place for family and friends, private calm and tranquil. Close to 5 fortress Chateau and medieval villages of the Dordogne River Valley and just 12km to Sarlat, where you find famous gourmet markets of the region. There are 5 generous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, comfortable for 10 persons. Beautiful gardens, sunflowers everywhere and a new swimming pool to cool off on the hot summers days. The Dordogne river is just a 2km walk from the house along a level cycle pathway that leads you to the local bakery and small shops, post office and restaurants. Here you can also hire canoes and paddle down the river. Its a perfect locations to set out to see the historical sites and many market villages or simply to lay around under the walnut trees to relax and to read .
