Air-conditioned living room (reversible air conditioning) with equipped kitchenette: 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, washing machine, oven/grill/microwave, Senseo electric coffee machine, fridge-freezer, toaster, etc. New 130cm sofa bed (2024), TV. Shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 140cm bed, skylight, and storage. East-facing terrace (morning sun), equipped with garden furniture, electric griddle, and charcoal barbecue. Located in the residential Aygual area, approximately 900m from the beach and shops. Vacuum cleaner and ironing kit provided. Private parking space #43 in the secure courtyard of the residence.
