Facing the beach, with an east-facing balcony of approximately 3m² furnished with a small garden set. Main room: living area with a low sideboard, table with 4 chairs, wall-mounted TV, 140cm sofa bed, and fridge-freezer. Separate, fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner ceramic hob and oven, washing machine (2025), electric coffee maker, microwave, etc. Pantry with ample storage, cleaning kit, stepladder, and vacuum cleaner. One bedroom separated by a curtain with a 140cm bed, wardrobe, and sea view. Bathroom with toilet. Functional, partially renovated, and attractively decorated. Sea view and beach club in summer, 150m from the local market. Private parking at the residence, unsecured, at the foot of the building. PETS ALLOWED.
