Charming and functional, this 2-bedroom mezzanine holiday home of approximately 65m² has been fully renovated and air-conditioned (ducted reversible air conditioning). It features a veranda, a south-facing tiled terrace, and a small garden with a manual awning and garden furniture. An adjoining storage room includes a washing machine and a stone barbecue. The veranda offers a dining area and a built-in kitchen (installed in 2025) equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, table, and chairs. The living room has two electric skylights, a sofa (not a sofa bed), and a TV. A hallway leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe. There is a shower room with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, and heated mirror. A separate WC is also provided. The mezzanine level features a sofa bed (130cm) and a manual skylight. The property is located in a very quiet, residential area. Spacious and functional cottage, ideal for holidays, approximately 800m from the beach and shops. Vacuum cleaner and ironing kit provided. Parking available for one vehicle in the courtyard and another in front of the gate. Beautifully landscaped garden. SMALL PETS WELCOME.
