A lovely south-facing veranda (approx. 14m²) equipped with a built-in barbecue and garden furniture, opens onto a large enclosed terrace with a second set of garden furniture. A renovated kitchen with 4 electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a 3.5kg washing machine. Living room with TV and sofa bed opening onto the veranda. Two bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe, and one upstairs in the attic with two single beds (90cm) and a wardrobe. Bathroom and separate WC on the ground floor. Large bay windows (veranda). Vacuum cleaner and ironing kit provided. Parking is available inside the courtyard (at the street) and in a secure parking space (number 32 on the ground). Functional and ideally located for family holidays. NO PETS ALLOWED.
