Studio apartment (sleeps 2) located on the 1st and top floor of a small building with a private terrace (approx. 10m²) overlooking the green spaces, facing east, furnished with garden furniture and a manual awning. The main room has a bay window and a kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, mini-fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, a 140cm sofa bed, and a small TV. Bathroom with toilet. Cleaning kit, clothes drying rack, etc. The residence is located 900m from the beach and 100m from shops. The residence features 3 free tennis courts and a secure swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th. Pets are not allowed.
