Propreté à revoir et un coup de neuf serait bienvenu

Idéalement localisé. Très calme en septembre mais isolation phonique absente, peut être bruyant en saison. Intérieur vieillot, et la propreté laissait à désirer- en pleine période de Covid, on se pose des questions ... mais bon on a passé 2h pour tout nettoyer et ensuite c’était parfait.
