Très bien pour 2 personnes

Un petit appartement idéal pour 2 personnes. Très très bien situé à vraiment 2 pas de la plage et face à la piscine. Horaires pour la piscine donc pas dérangé niveau sonore. Une vue imprenable. Il est très bien équipé. Machine à laver, cafetière dolce gusto, accessoires de plage ( siège, parasol, jeux de plage, jeux de sociétés). Petite kitchenette bien équipée avec hotte, petit frigo, pleins d'ustensiles et de produits ménagers, aspirateur. Belle terrasse avec table et chaises et vue sur piscine et mer. Petit étendoir mural. Petit ventilo. Couettes et oreillers. Literie assez correct sauf pour le canapé lit. Il y a pas mal de rangements mais l'appartement sent un peu le renfermé et l'humidité du fait d'être très proche de la mer. Toilettes séparés. Petite salle de bain avec vieux séchoir/ sèche cheveux mais qui fonctionne très bien. On trouve en général de la place sur le parking sauf si on rentre tard mais on peut se garer à l'extérieur. Petit magasin a proximité. Petit snack, que je recommande, au bord de la plage ouvert de 10h à 22h. A 45 min de la Jonquera. L'appartement mériterait un petit coup de neuf niveau des murs et de l'électricité. L'isolation 50/50 tout dépend des voisins que l'on a et s'ils sont respectueux ( au dessus on entend beaucoup de meubles traînés) je suis très satisfaite dans l'ensemble. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Il est géré par l'agence century 21 d Argelès. Ils sont très gentils, disponibles et arrangeants. Je recommande cette location
