Equipped kitchen area renovated 2022: 3 vitro hobs, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and wardrobe. A 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 and wardrobe. A tiled shower room with washing machine (2021) and semi-separate toilet. Residence with intercom. Secure parking 2 steps from building n ° 59 on the ground. Close to shops, the port and the beach (approx. 300m). No elevator. PETS ALLOWED
