Private pool open from June to September in front of building and beach within 10 minutes walk.

Composition of the 27 sq. meter Studio :

- A fully equipped kitchenette, 2 hotplates with extractor hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine.

-The living room has a table, 4 chairs, a top of the line sofa bed sleeping 2 people with comfortable mattress 20 cm of thickness, low sideboard, flat screen TV.

-The cabin room is composed of a bunk bed offering two beds with dresser.

-The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

-The loggia is enclosed and overlooks the Marina and the mountain.

Shops and restaurants visible from the studio at less than 300 m, open from March.

In the heart of the marina, commodities are within 5 min walk and the beach is 10 min walk away, water park, international golf and many activities nearby.

Saint Cyprien, 3rd largest marina in Europe is located 15 min from Perpignan, 20 min from Collioure and 30 min from Spain.

Regional buses allows to travel on several bus lines inside the region for 1 euro with a bus stop nearby.

Road: Highway A9, exit north, direction Perpignan, Saint-Cyprien - exit south direction Argelès.

- Train: TGV station of Perpignan (15 min), local train station of Elne or Argelès (5 min).

- Airplane: Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport (25 min), Girona airport (Spain, 45 min).

Minimum age of reservation for renter is 24 years old unless prior arrangement with the owner.

A security deposit of 250€ by check will be asked upon arrival and will be surrendered at the time of check out if nothing wrong happened.
The sum of 35 € will be deducted from the security deposit to cover the cost of cleaning services if the apartment was not cleaned by the renter at the end of the stay.
