On the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchenette: microwave, 4-burner hob, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. Shower room (cabin), semi-separate toilet. Living room with TV, 120cm sofa bed. 1 bedroom with 140cm bed + wardrobe. Upstairs, mezzanine (large wardrobe), 1 bedroom with 140cm bed, chest of drawers. Secure parking #131. Sunny all day, functional. South-west exposure. Bicycle shed, clothesline, vacuum cleaner, ironing kit. 100m from the mini-golf course. RES. with SECURE POOL, open from June 1st to September 30th.
