Room broken into in the middle of the night.

During the night our room was broken into. The site was not secure allow people to access the site. When broken into reception did not answer when I called them. I did not get a good rest here i was petrified that the intruder would return.

One night stay

Reception and breakfast area great, room was tiny and not nice, this place is for an overnight stop for traveling people not for more than one night. The breakfast was as expected. The best part is in the evening we found a caravan across the road selling wood oven pizza.

My stay at premier

Decent location less than a minute walk to the bus stop and 15 mins to the train station. Compact room with the bare essentials. Couldn’t get a constant water temperature in the shower

Very poor experience: Tues Arrival- could not check in on arrival at 14:15 cause no one was in the reception. Used machine but said room was not available. 30 min later found man to get me a room. Paid for breakfast with reservation but machine check-in tried to charge me again. Was told I would owe 5 euros at checkin but was charged 9 euros Wed Day 1- told receptionist wifi did not work in room. Was able to log in while in breakfast area. Breakfast was bread & yogurt Thurs Day 2- only received 1 towel. The thermostat controls were so badly worn, i could not read any of the markings. I had to guess at what was heat & cool. Had fan on continuously to try to get rid of the smoke smell. It was horrible. Wifi still did not work in room. Informed receptionist. Fri Day 3 - again only 1 towel. Nothing changed with internet but i did figure out that if i stood outside of the reception area & connected to wifi, it stayed weakly connected in the room. But if i tried to connect in the room it did not work-very frustrating. Just to clarify
i had 3 devices with me
laptop, ipad, and phone and the result was the same with all 3, i.e. devices were not the problem. Sat Day 4- woken up at 5 am by 2 dudes yelling at each other in parking lot. It went on for >30 min. If there were attendants in the reception office like all respectable facilities, they would have been able to mitigate the noise. Horrible service - did not address ANY of issues raised

Basic and functionable

Here for business and leisure. Reviews are very off putting. But my stay was pleasant and functionable. Rooms very small but clean. No sound proofing. Area was safe and good transport links. Check in : be aware not 24 hours. And via machine. Overall, very basic.
