The adjoining living room has a convertible sofa that can be used as a comfortable extra bed. On this level, there is the pantry/laundry room and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms: the master suite with its queen-size bed and private bathroom (bathtub, sink, and toilet), and the "dormitory" bedroom with a queen-size bed and a queen-size bed that can be converted into two single beds (upon request from the owner). On this level, a fully equipped bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) is also available.
