Big appartement with perfect sea view

We enjoyed our stay in this very big, but obviously also old apartment. The location is fine with a nice beach just a few walking steps away. Everything was okay. We can recommend this nice place.

Belle situation, proche mer et commerces, prÚs des animations le tout dans une ambiance familiale et plutÎt calme... Bref parfait pour nous avec un enfant de 4 ans. Appartement bien équipé, trÚs agréable pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant. Une vue magnifique ce qui ne gùche rien ! Nous avons passé une belle semaine !

traumhafte Aussicht

Ein schönes Appartment mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Direkt am Strand und an der Promenade zum Hafen. Ins alte Dorf lĂ€uft man ca. 30 Minuten. Supermarkt und BĂ€cker in direkter NĂ€he. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet und leider gibt es weder deutsche Fernsehsender noch irgendeinen Musiksender. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor der HaustĂŒre.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal: GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, zum Strand und der Uferpromenade sind es 5 Gehminuten. Das Auto kann im schattigen Hof geparkt bleiben. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine super Aussicht ĂŒber die ganze Bucht.

Schon zum 3. Mal in der Wohnung

... und im Herbst werden wir das 4. Mal in "Les Trois A" Ferien machen. Die Lage ist unbezahlbar! Wichtig fĂŒr uns auch der abgeschlossene Parkplatz fĂŒr Autos bis zur Mittelklasse (Renault Megane), wegen der Torweite. Einfach aber zweckmĂ€ssig eingerichtet.

TrĂšs forte chaleur dans les chambres (pas d'air). Au minimum un ventilateur dans chaque chambre serait le bienvenu, voire une petite climatisation. CafetiĂšre trop petite. Emplacement parfait. Y sommes allĂ©s pour la deuxiĂšme annĂ©e consĂ©cutive, et prĂȘts Ă  y retourner.

Die große Wohnung hat uns mit ihren authentischen Elementen (FlĂŒgeltĂŒren, Steinböden, ResopalkĂŒche mit Flair der 50er Jahre) begeistert. Ein echtes Highlight im FeWo-Einheitslook und wir hoffen dass das nicht einer "Modernisierung" geopfert wird. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, könnte verbessert werden. Die Balkone und der Blick auf Pinien (hinten) und das Meer und den schönen Garten (vorne) sind toll. Sehr gute Lage in StrandnĂ€he und zentral, dadurch aber recht laut. Ein lauter, auch nachts laufender Ventilator des Strandrestaurants gegenĂŒber hat uns besonders die Abende getrĂŒbt, diese Clubs nehmen auch am Strand leider viel Raum ein. Sehr guter Stellplatz fĂŒrs Auto, schönes Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt verlĂ€ngert wegen der schönen Wohnung! Sehr guter Service des Interhome-BĂŒros.

Appartement bien situé et agréable à deux pas de la plage et du port.

Appartement confortable. Grand balcon avec vue sur jardin et la mer. Les chambres et le salon sont spacieux. Cuisine petite sans lave vaisselle. Les meubles et la décoration sont un peu vieillottes. Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie. Il faut aller chercher et redéposer les clés à l'agence.

Avis tres mitigé - Gros points à ameliorer

La climatisation est sous dimensionnée pour l'appartement et rafraichit "à peine" le salon. L'appartement étant situé en dernier étage, la chaleur est insupportable en été. Le ménage n'est pas correctement effectuée et l'appartement et surtout la montée d'escalier sont sales.
