The cottage is near the owners' farm and their animals: cows, horses, and... Valentin, the star of the show. Farm visits are available upon request.
On-site, you can fish in the private 3,000m² pond, located 200 meters from the cottage. Catch and release only. Carp, roach, pike... There is also a river bordering the property: a federal fishing license is required. The cottage is on 2 floors with 2000m² of land, near a working farm - LEVEL 0: 41m² living room with equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, freezer, oven, 3-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Italian-style coffee maker, kettle, toaster), dining area and lounge, access to the terrace - 4 steps: WC with washing machine, washbasin - bedroom (1) 22m² with 1 double bed (160x200), storage, desk, with 5m² en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin, heated towel rail.
