House ideal for family vacations, enclosed grounds of 1000m2

Traditional style single storey family house 500 m / 6 minutes walk from the beach, the harbour and the market place of Saint Denis d'Oléron. It has been partly renovated, with new beds and mattresses, newly painted bedrooms, new bathrooms and windows.
The main entrance is through a French window into the big living room - dining room. The sleeping area has toilets, 3 small bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen, currently under renovation (to be finished by March 2024) also has access to the garden, near the barbecue. A small extra room is adjoining the dining room, with a connecting door to the garage and to the inner courtyard.
Sanitary facilities: 2 bathrooms with shower and washbasin, 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin (new in 2022), separate toilet.
Large and closed garden, without vis-à-vis, with the possibility of parking cars. One-way street, cycling paths.
Animals welcome.
End of stay cleaning and bedlinen
Extra cleaning for longer staying guests optional.
In July and August, because of trafic jams in the island on Saturdays, arrivals and leavings take place on Sundays.

La maison idéale

Maison idéale, tant au niveau de son emplacement que de son agencement. Il y a TOUT. Nous n'aurions pas pu trouver mieux! Excellente adresse pour séjourner que Oléron.

Superbe séjour dans cette très agréable maison, très grande et fonctionnelle pour 7 adultes. Le jardin bien clos pour notre petit chien et ses terrasses ombragées sont vraiment plaisants, on s'y sent bien. Merci à Madame Augé pour son excellent accueil et sa disponibilité. Je recommande cet endroit à 300% 🙂🤨🤨

Maison familiale de caractère très bien placée.

L’emplacement et l’espace ont rendu cette maison idéale pour un week end « navigation » entre amis. Nous avons ou laisser les voitures de coté pendant tous le sejour! Bien qu’encore peu adaptée à la location (nombreux tapis, mobilier fragile, une salle de bain), cette maison familiale nous a offert le confort de vie que nous recherchions. L’annonce est claire et correspond à ce que nous avons découvert : une maison familiale d’époque, de caractère, bien entretenue. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de Mme Augé. Merci à la famille Lubin!

Seuls points noirs : La salle d'eau est inappropriée pour une famille nombreuse et des personnes de grande taille, et le four électrique n'est pas adapté pour faire de la cuisine pour 7 personnes.
