Gîte with private terrace offering a magnificent view of the Loire, this accommodation is the ideal place for a getaway with family or friends. House located in a privileged environment facing the Loire and close to all amenities.

Just 15 minutes away, embark on a memorable experience with the Passeurs de Loire, and discover the beauty of the region from a traditional boat. Orléans and the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, with their rich heritage, are only a 30-minute drive away.

In the surrounding area you can discover: the Domaine de la Charbonnière, the Tonnellerie museum in Chécy or the Parc Floral de La Source... The gîte is accessible by a few steps, it is composed on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen, a living/dining room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with two single beds 90x200 cm (can be joined together to form a double bed 180x200 cm if necessary), a shower room with toilet and a bathroom with toilet adjoining one of the bedrooms (the toilets are macerators).
