46 m2 apartment with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean with its huge 37 m2 terrace. It will allow you to radiate all over the island from its capital and to rest from your intense days with the impression of floating in the sky. You will have a Queensize bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is located in a luxury residence in the heart of the residential area of ​​Bellepierre. The CHU & IUFM of Saint Denis are located nearby.

Housing
This two-room apartment comprises a living room with a kitchen separated by a dining table and a bedroom with large closets. Both rooms open onto the large terrace in the sky, on the top floor of the building.

Passenger access
Your car can be parked in the garage of the building. You access the apartment from there by lift, on the top floor of the building.

L’appartement est très agréable, décoré et équipé avec une grande qualité. L’ accueil à été parfait. Mais ce qui est exceptionnel c’est la vue sur Saint Dénis, la mer et la montagne depuis la terasse.
