In the heart of the Sancy massif, the detached, single-storey house, completely renovated in 2019, located in the small hamlet of Coste Aider, 3 km from the village of Saint-Diéry, is ideal for holidays in the great outdoors between lakes and mountains. You will savor the tranquility of the large plot with mountain views ... Covering an area of 70 m², the gite is composed of a kitchen, open onto a pleasant bright living room and, on a private terrace. You will enjoy a large living room with sofa, TV, DVD player, plenty of storage; a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ... a baby kit (high chair, bath, cot, potty) on request, as well as 2 bedrooms (with a double bed of 140 in each as well as a bed of 80); a bathroom with a large shower, a sink and a separate toilet. Outside, you will have a large terrace with an outdoor table and a barbecue, as well as private parking in front of the gîte for at least 2 vehicles.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Jonas Cave Site. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

A really pleasant place to relax

A nice house in a lovely setting with super views. It was always possible to choose sun or shade to sit in. The facilities were good without being too fancy. It was easy to reach nearby towns ans we had pleasant walks and cycle rides in the area.

Déçus ...l'entretien est à revoir:il manque des ampoules ,nous n avons pas pu prendre la chambre que nous souhaitions car le volet électrique était cassé et remplacé par un rideau intérieur non occultant ,il a fallu vider l aspirateur avec du mal avant de pouvoir s' en servir (archi plein),nettoyer et vider la bouilloire ,miettes sur le banc et plan de travail ,sol mal aspiré,evier et lavabo non récurés,poussière ...pas de repas sur la table exterieure en plein soleil matin et midi car pas de parasol et pas pu profiter du jardin car pas de transat ...dommage

Abords pas propres. Pas de balai de cour. Barbecue sans ustensile. Pas mal de toile d’araignée. Volet roulant dans une chambre démonté remplacé par un rideau à l’intérieur. Ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants : pas de brosse à vaisselle, 1 seule poêle avec un revêtement anti adhésif dégradé, 2 petites cocottes, … 3 bols à café dépareillés et ébréchés Réfrigérateur sans lumière à l’intérieur. Revêtement de sol dégradé dans le salle à manger. La nappe qui recouvre la table en mauvais état. Les sièges du canapé recouvert d’une toile pour cacher leur usure. Bancs de la table pas pratiques quand on est plusieurs. Oreillers des lits inconfortables devraient être remplacés. Pas de produit de débouchage lavabo et évier. Prévoir des tue-mouches : beaucoup de mouches et parfois des taons. Parfois des remontées d’odeur de la fosse septique. Enfin le téléviseur tombe en panne à 4 jours de la fin du séjour et pas de proposition de remplacement ou un dédommagement. Pas de bains de soleil ni de parasol. Les supermarchés sont à 15mn et 20mn : ne pas se fier au kilométrage, ce sont des routes de montagne.

Impressions sur le gîte

Globalement le gîte était correct, mais il y aurait qq points à corriger : il manquait des ampoules à certaines lampes dans l'espace de séjour, le lit d'une personne convient pour un enfant mais pas pour un adulte (les lattes n'étaient pas fixées), la toile cirée sur la table ést en mauvais état. L'environnement était très chouette ; nous avons bien randonné malgré un temps quelque peu maussade.

Le gîte est bien situé au calme près de Murol Mais il n’y a aucun consommable (huile,sel,produits lave-vaisselle ,papier aluminium,papier ménage….) Serviettes et draps facturés en sus! Malgré cela c’est un gîte agréable
