Ghislaine welcomes you to a rural country house dating from the 19th century, steeped in history (former village café), with a raw "old-fashioned" charm (fully restored inside), nestled "on a balcony" on the hillside on the first heights of a hillside overlooking a small valley of meadows crossed by a bucolic river full of fish, on the edge of an immense national forest massif housing the "Pont du Roi dam", a vast 44 ha water reservoir (bucolic artificial lake submerging an old valley for several kilometers), an exceptional biotope & literal paradise for fishermen, a natural space classified & protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" for its rich fauna & flora (equipped with an educational trail). Between Morvan and Couches, in a small residential hamlet adjoining the road separating Autun and Couches, nestled in a beautiful, unspoiled countryside combining vineyard landscapes and gentle mountains, between vineyard hillsides, large ponds, vast wild forests, and verdant hedged valleys.
