Gîte on 3 levels in the buildings of the former hamlet press. Garden level (lower level): living room-equipped kitchen. Ground floor (via steep staircase): lounge (sofa), 1st bedroom (140 cm bed), shower room, toilet. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (2 single beds). Baby bed. Laundry room with external access. WIFI connection. Central heating included in the rates. Private, unfenced garden 1000 m². Bike shed (under lock and key). Firewood extra. Included in the rates: heating and electricity. This press has been converted into a rural gîte in order to offer a holiday address in a peaceful and pleasant setting. This house on three levels, which surprises with its interior design, constitutes a fairly central starting point towards the riches of Touraine and the Loire Valley. You will be only 20 km from Azay-le-Rideau, which is itself located at the gates of Langeais (Medieval Citadel) and the famous Gardens of the Château de Villandry. Beauval Zoo is a 45-minute drive away. The neighboring Futuroscope is 45 minutes away via the A10 motorway.
