This beautiful traditional villa is composed on the ground floor: of a warm living/dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 180 bed and 140 bed, a bathroom, shower and WC.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a 160 bed and an adjoining shower room.
The rooms are air-conditioned and bright.
Facing south and sheltered from the wind, the exteriors are very pleasant and comfortable and have all the necessary equipment to relax: garden furniture, planxa, deckchairs, outdoor shower...
Located in Saint Estève you can enjoy the entertainment of the village: shops, lake, stadium, tennis, concerts...
The beaches of Canet are located 16 km away, Perpignan is 5 km away, the Spanish border is 45 km away.
