20 km from Nantes, in the heart of a preserved natural environment, calm and rest await you in this independent gîte, adjoining the owners' house, located in their superb enclosed landscaped park (6000 m²).
Private terrace with lovely view of the swimming pool and garden. Heated swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September (5x10 m), shared with the owners. Elliptical bike and 2 VTC available (deposit €50/bike).
Single storey (access via 4 steps): living room/living room (140x190 convertible) with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) and bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, combined microwave oven, electric barbecue, complete baby equipment, fan.
All inclusive: electric heating, electricity, sheets, towels and cleaning service.
Many hiking trails nearby. Bike circuit in front of the gîte.
La Baule/Pornichet/Guérande 40 km.
