Cocoonr Agency is pleased to present this stunning contemporary architect-designed villa in the town of Saint-François, air-conditioned, rated 4*, with sea views, 300 metres from the beach, featuring a swimming pool, covering an area of 150m² and accommodating up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of approximately 400 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 60 m² living room with a TV, sofas…
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2, master bedroom: bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: bedroom with two single beds
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private (unheated) 8x4m swimming pool, salt-treated and open all year round, with a safety alarm compliant with current regulations.
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A lovely, enclosed, tree-lined garden of 400 m²

The house is ideally situated in Saint-François, in a very pleasant residential area. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate 3 vehicles.

Beautiful
