This duplex is ideally placed for its marina, restaurants, beaches, nautical activities, the 19-hole Saint-François International golf course, the casino, the post office, banks and shops all around. You can access it all on foot. Once in the marina, you can, if you want, free yourself from the vehicle.

The apartment is located opposite the international golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones and in the center of the marina in the town of Saint-François.
