It measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a communal garden of approximately 1,000 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
