The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-François, Guadeloupe, offers this 32 m² air-conditioned studio with shared swimming pool, 150 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower) and a 1,000 m² residential garden. The accommodation comprises

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ceiling fan on the terrace, iron.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private, secure car park (maximum 1 vehicle, non-private spaces).
