Beyond this, a supplement is requested. method of calculating the supplement: SEASON RATE X NUMBER OF ADDITIONAL PERSONS / 8
 example: villa rented in low season (September - 1900 € for 7 nights) by 9 people. the price becomes: the week + supplement for an additional person = 1900 € + 1900 € X 1/8 = 2137 €.
The commissioning of the Bungalow (6th air-conditioned room) is also subject to a rate increase indexed to seasonal rates. You are therefore recommended to have a quote drawn up.
The payment terms are as follows:
- 30% upon reservation (at the signing of the contract);
-the balance by transfer 10 days before the start of the rental. Think about cancellation insurance and consult our conditions in case of cancellation.

The reservation becomes effective only after transfer of a 30% deposit. the balance to be transferred 10 days before Arrival.
A deposit of 1500 euros is required upon your arrival at the villa. In the absence of damage, it is returned to you within a maximum of 8 days, after a second inventory.
In the presence of degradations, these are deducted from the deposit before return. The reimbursement period in this case is longer (replacement by equivalent or equivalent product), but cannot exceed 1 month. In the event of damage greater than this (€ 1,500), your civil liability will be brought into play.

 We ask you to contact your insurance company in order to request a "vacation" extension of your main home insurance policy, or to draw up a specific contract limited to the stay.

The proposed rates are subject to discounts:
 - during rentals made well in advance,
