Perfect location but lacking hygene

The location was perfect. At the day of the arrival I had to contact the owner to get the check in information. The ad said there would be wifi but there wasn't. When I asked the owner I was told I could get a portable router at the reception, which was closed every day for my 4-day stay. The room was not cleaned properly. Also at the last night of my stay there was a party untill 4 am I was not told about up front so it was hard getting up on time to check out at the right time. Nice big appartment for the price but that's about it.
