The coffee maker was dirty with leftover coffee grinds ,the microwave was discusting , the barbecue was dirty with leftover food.The beds had no sheets we had to go in the laundry area and get our sheets , luckily the door was unlocked.The spa was not ready , we had to contact the host , fill the spa and reset the heater .Not enough cutlery, glasses and cups for a big family. No space to store food because the pantry is locked. It’s a shame because over all the property is nice and clean. Host needs to have a conversation with the cleaning and maintenance crew.

Actual chalet was lovely. Overall the place looked "tired", but was acceptable. There was no air-conditioning; only one fan in the loft that did not cool the entire place. It was a hot weekend. We could not spend time outdoors due to the hundreds of ladybugs outside (outside your control). The hot tub was a treat. Bathrooms: no handsoap at the sink in master bathroom. No shampoo or shower gel or soap in tub area and shower stall. One hairdryer in main bathroom that did NOT work. No hairdryer in other washroom. We had a wedding to attend and had to go buy one in town!!The kitchen area, though large and appearing to have all the basics was the area of most disappointment. No drip coffee machine! The stove top espresso machine was a treat until we realized there was the filter part was missing which made it essentially unusable! The "automatic" espresso machine was a treat until we made coffee. Not sure what the issue is...maybe it needs to be cleaned. It kept producing bitter coffee. Again, we had to resort to our own means for coffee. The 4 slice toaster produced 2 burnt slices and 2 didn't work. The cookie sheet was so old and disgusting, it was virtually unusable. Provide foil paper or get a new one! Only 1 measuring cup. Provide entire set.With some updates and refreshing, we would return.

Disappointed

The advertising is very misleading. The air conditioning is only in one room on the top floor; the rest of the cabin has no air circulation. The washer and dryer are locked in a closet. Unable to dry towels after the hot tub. If you want to take a shower or bath on the top floor, you will need a wrench to switch the spout on the tub to the spray setting. You're obliged to wash yourself while you're exposed to anyone outside because the curtain is broken. Every floor had ants everywhere. When I mentioned it to the owner, she directed me to the local hardware store. The ants were running up and down walls and on tables, and mouse droppings were in the bottom drawer of the oven. There were no cleaning products, so we were not able to clean up properly after meals. The high window ledges were infested with dead bugs. No regular coffee machine, only an espresso machine. Once you've had enough of the inside and try to exit onto the porch from the 2nd floor living room, the door does not open from the inside or outside. Once outside, don't lean on the railing. It was unstable with a "danger" ribbon hanging across the railing. The BBQ had food left in it from the previous renters and an empty propane tank. The garbage recycling bin outside was already full when we got there, which made for frequent visits from wildlife. Every time we contacted the owner, the response was "thanks for letting me know". We didn't sleep on the 2nd night. The cabin has potential, just too much neglect.

Le chalet en tant que tel respecte l’annonce en nombre de lits, d’espace et d’emplacement, par contre plusieurs commodités n’étaient pas disponibles (équipement de cuisine très rudimentaire, pas suffisamment de verres pour tous les occupants, bain non fonctionnel, incapable de rejoindre le wifi).
