Welcome to La Coccinelle, a spacious and independent holiday home nestled in a peaceful, green setting in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Ideally located between Sarlat-la-Canéda (12 km) and the Lascaux caves (15 km), this welcoming address invites you to fully enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the Dordogne.
With 70 m² spread over two floors, the house accommodates up to 8 guests, perfect for a family stay or a trip with friends. You will find four comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, a cosy living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a friendly dining area. The accommodation also offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and everything you need for a convenient stay: washing machine, iron, baby equipment on request, and private parking.
Outside, enjoy a large private garden with furnished terrace, barbecue, pétanque court, and a children's play area. From the property, you can set off directly on marked hiking trails and discover the surrounding nature, with forests, fields, and valleys.
