Welcome to La Coccinelle, a spacious, detached holiday home set in a peaceful, green setting in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Perfectly located between Sarlat-la-Canéda (12 km) and the Lascaux caves (15 km), this welcoming property invites you to experience the relaxed lifestyle of the Dordogne.



The house is part of a group of adjoining rural cottages on a working farm, offering an authentic countryside atmosphere for those who love nature and farm life.



With 70 m² over two floors, the house accommodates up to 8 guests. There are four comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, a living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. You have free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, baby equipment on request, and private parking at your disposal.



Outside, enjoy a large private garden with furnished terrace, barbecue, pétanque court, and a children's play area. You can set off directly on marked hiking trails from the property.
