Ground floor: living room with kitchen/lounge/dining area, WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a cot, one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a single bed (110cm), shower room with WC.
Two terraces, private enclosed garden (300m²). Shared facilities: enclosed courtyard, carport, bicycles, games, fishing boat. Table tennis, pétanque court.
Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath. Heating is payable on site (based on meter reading) or a flat rate of €12/night for stays of less than one week. The cottage is located in a hamlet on the banks of the Charente River in a bucolic setting, near two other cottages and the owners' residence.
