L'accueil que j'ai eu le soir était parfaite. Par contre ce matin je me suis fais raccrocher au nez par la directive et son employé car je demande une facture de ma nuit que j'ai passé et il ne veulent pas me la donner. Soit disant que j'ai réservé via expédia et qu'il ne donne pas de facture. L'employé m'a même insulté au téléphone. Je trouve cela moyen. Il est impossible d'avoir une facture via hôtel.com donc je m'asseois sur le montant de la nuit d'hôtel. Une chose est sûr c'est que je ne remettrais plus les pieds dans cette hôtel. J'effectue quatres nuits par semaine à l'hôtel et c'est la première fois que l'on me dis ça.

chambre dégueulasse moquette toute tachée, plinthes pourries,, clim pleine de poussières, quant au petit déjeuner, à 8h30 il n'y avait déjà plus rien et pas de réapprovisionnement. de plus j'avais réservé pour 2 nuits et quand je suis revenue pour la 2éme, ma porte de chambre était bloquée, bref catastrophique, très étonnant pour ce type d'hôtel ayant déjà séjourné dans d'autres Kyriad, je décommande fortement,, l'hôtel a besoin d'une bonne remise en état

Horrible le sol plein de taches toilettes qui fonctionne à moitié j’ai demandé à ce qu’on me change de chambre on m’a dit que ce n’était pas possible mais quand j’ai signalé que je souhaitais quitter l’hôtel comme par hasard à ce moment là on voulait me proposer une chambre apparement de meilleure qualité je vous conseil de fuir cet établissement je ne suis pas quelqu’un de difficile mais un minimum
