Beautiful holiday villa 700m from the beach

We put at your disposal our holiday home in Saint Georges d'Oléron, ideally located 700m from the beach watched (in summer) Chaucre and its "pool" natural appreciated by children. Also near a surf spot, windsurfing, kitesurfing. This beach is also a fishing spot.
Ideally placed to go for a walk on the dunes or stroll in the charming village of Chaucre, the network of bike paths on the island of Oleron is very dense.
First year of rental.
Bakery nearby. Other shops (market, butcher, bakery, tobacconist and supermarket) are in Cheray, a few minutes by car.
Ideal villa for families, with Wi-Fi, fully enclosed garden, not overlooked and with private parking.
The villa of 90 m² includes all the comforts for an ideal holiday.
For 6 people maximum.
It is composed on the ground floor a living room with kitchen (kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, plancha, kettle, etc.), and a cozy corner in front the chimney (use of the chimney in winter only) ...
Following this large room, a bright living room will welcome your moments of relaxation with a table, a TV, a sofa bed for 2 people (sheets provided). The large windows open onto a terrace equipped with a garden table and chairs, a parasol and 2 sunbeds.
An independent WC is also available on the ground floor.
Upstairs :
- a bathroom with shower and toilet (towels are not provided).
- a bedroom with a new bed 140 (sheets provided) + storage cupboards
- a bedroom with 2 new beds of 90 (sheets provided) + storage cupboards

Radfahr- und Badeurlaub

Die Beschreibung und Lage des Ferienhauses entsprach der Wirklichkeit. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Radfahren. An der sonst reichlichen Ausstattung fehlte es etwas an Tassen (Teetassen mit Kanne), kleine Teller, Biergläser und Korkenzieher.

Maison conforme à la description. Pièces à vivre lumineuses, chambres spacieuses avec de grands rangements. Seul bémol le ménage à l'arrivée fait superficiellement (dessous des lunettes de toilettes et bonde de douche très sales).

5 Minuten zum Strand

Die Nähe zum schönen Strand ist einfach perfekt, Chaucre ein uriges kleines Dorf, in dem es aber eine Bäckerei, eine Verkaufsstelle für (leckere!) Biobackwaren und auf dem Weg zum Strand auch ein paar kleine Lokale gibt. Mehrere Nachbarorte mit weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen. Das Haus ist funktional und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit hübscher Meeresdeko, und liegt in ruhiger, grüner Umgebung. Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte und erholsame Wochen dort verbracht.

Très chouette!

La maison est vraiment très agréable, spacieuse, reposante et fonctionnelle. Très bien équipée, elle dispose par ailleurs d'une localisation idéale, entre le village et la plage de Chaucre. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille! Je recommande vivement cette location.
