Holiday Home 700m from the Ocean
For rent for 4 guests, this charming 53 m² townhouse has been tastefully renovated and offers all modern comforts, with lovely open views of the village and forest.
Located in the heart of the typical village of Domino (17190 Saint-Georges d’Oléron) on the west coast of Oléron Island, the house enjoys a privileged setting: Domino’s main beach is just 700 m away (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest, or 2 minutes by car with parking). The Bonnes and Sables Vigniers beaches are also nearby. A bakery is 30 m away, a lively daily market in season is 150 m away, and a bike rental shop is 50 m away. Everything can be done on foot or by bike for a relaxing, carefree holiday.
Accommodation details:
On the ground floor, a spacious 25 m² living area includes a lounge and dining space, with a large bay window providing plenty of light. The lounge features a sofa bed (140 cm mattress), satellite TV, and DVD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped: extractor hood, ceramic hob, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, fridge-freezer. There is also a separate toilet and a washing machine.
Upstairs, a large 13 m² bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (new base and mattress), a 9 m² bedroom with trundle beds (2 single 90 cm beds or 1 large 180 cm bed), and a bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
Baby equipment available: travel cot, changing table, potty, toilet adapter, and booster seat.
Please note: Bed linen and bath towels are not provided. Cleaning is the responsibility of guests; please leave the home as you found it.
Outside, a pleasant private 35 m² courtyard is perfect for outdoor meals, with teak garden furniture, electric awning, and barbecue. Parking is available in front of the house.
