Maison trÚs bien située (5 minutes de la plage, restaurant, boulangerie, location velo, marché à proximité).Autres points positifs : douche extérieur, 2 salle de bain, terrasse,...Point negatif: accÚs à l'étage se fait par un escalier trÚs raide (dangereux pour des enfants).

Sehr schmutziges Haus

Das Haus hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Es war wirklich unheimlich schmutzig und alles roch modrig. Nach dem Urlaub rochen alle Kleider, Schuhe und Taschen so stark, dass alles gewaschen werden musste. Das obere Stockwerk war wegen eines Wasserschadens gesperrt, ohne dass wir vorher informiert wurden. Der Garten ist auch sehr vernachlĂ€ssigt uns es befand sich viel MĂŒll im hinteren Teil des Gartens. Die Außenmöbel haben Stockflecken, da sie nicht vor dem Regen geschĂŒtzt werden können. Die Lage des Hauses ist nahe am Meer. Leider zelten immer wieder junge Erwachsene in den anliegenden HausgĂ€rten, die die Nacht zum Tag machen. Das Internet hat zuverlĂ€ssig funktioniert.

Une séjour trÚs agréable

Jolie petite maison trĂšs agrĂ©able avec ses diffĂ©rents espaces extĂ©rieurs et trĂšs fonctionnelle. Grande plage Ă  5 min Ă  pied ainsi qu’un petit restaurant simple et efficace et d’une petite boulangerie oĂč il ne fait pas oublier de rĂ©server la veille. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravi, et avons bien profitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour.

Délabré, moisi et hors de prix

La maison est bien situĂ©e et on peut encore voir des traces de ce qui Ă©tait autrefois un bel endroit. Mais la maison sent tellement la moisissure qu'il est difficile de respirer, surtout dans la chambre de devant et dĂšs que vous utilisez la douche Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine, une odeur d'Ă©gout moisie se dĂ©gage. La cuisine et les salles de bain ont Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©es, mais toutes les autres surfaces Ă©taient sales et poussiĂ©reuses. Le jardin et la 'cuisine extĂ©rieure' font penser Ă  un camping abandonnĂ© et la douche extĂ©rieure Ă©tait sale et bouchĂ©e. Nous avons appelĂ© le jour mĂȘme de notre arrivĂ©e pour modifier la location et la femme de mĂ©nage nous a dit que l'odeur la dĂ©rangeait Ă©galement, une odeur de dĂ©labrement et de moisissure qu'il est impossible d'enlever de la maison. Le lendemain, le manager Paul a rappelĂ©s. Comme nous avions compris entre-temps qu'il Ă©tait impossible d'obtenir une autre maison, nous avons convenu qu'ils nous rembourseraient au moins les frais de nettoyage. Paul nous a Ă©galement dit que l'eau n'avait pĂ©nĂ©trĂ© dans la maison que rĂ©cemment, lors des derniĂšres tempĂȘtes, mais l'Ă©tat des gouttiĂšres complĂštement bouchĂ©es et la moisissure qui s'est formĂ©e le long des tuyaux laissent penser que la moisissure est prĂ©sente depuis longtemps. Nous avons alors dormi sur la terrasse sous une moustiquaire. AprĂšs notre sĂ©jour, Paul nous a rĂ©pondu une nouvelle fois, mais depuis nous n'avons plus eu de nouvelles et nous n'avons pas reçu le remboursement convenu avec lui

Charming house with cleanliness issues

Dear future guests of this charming house at Ile d'Oleran. The house owner unfortunately did not take care to clean for mould (moisissure) inside the house. It was smelling like something which was very unhealthy to live in, until I myself washed the worst of it away. Apart from that - and I do hope that the owner will take care of this aspect going forward - I can recommend the place. It is very charming and has a wonderful location. It is not a standard holiday house but a place where a real family has their vacation. It is super nice to get that impression. very best, Thomas

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, dans une maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La proximitĂ© de la mer et les terrasses sont un vrai plus. Points nĂ©gatifs : Les 3 couchages du haut sont Ă  rĂ©server pour moi Ă  des ado car Ă©chelle trĂšs raide. Une partie du jardin est Ă  l abandon et les camĂ©ras de surveillance extĂ©rieures devraient ĂȘtre mentionnĂ©es Points positifs : ProximitĂ© de la mer (pĂȘche et baignade) avec restaurants Une boulanger exceptionnel Ă  30 m Plancha frigo et Ă©vier exterieur sur terrasse Avec un poil d entretien supplĂ©mentaire on ne serait pas loin du paradis

ganz tolle Lage

Das Haus befindet sich nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und hat einen sehr gemĂŒtlichen Aussenbereich. Die Übergabe/RĂŒckgabe hat super toll geklappt. Wir haben uns alles sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.
