An amazing house - fully equipped and extremely comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything guests and families might need. The pool and is lovely and perfect temperature. There's so much space inside and several outdoor areas. Good location to walk into St George and Cheray Corinne. Carlo are perfect hosts, friendly and helpful.

Un séjour très agréable

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, comme neuve. Et très bien équipée Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis La piscine et le jacuzzi, que du bonheur ! La proximité avec la boulangerie et le marché très bien achalandé sont un vrai plus (entre 500 et 700m) Et merci à Pascal qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et qui nous a donné ses bonnes adresses.

Maison que nous conseillons vivement !

Très bien située au coeur de l'ile d'Oléron, cette belle demeure est située au centre de St Georges d'Oléron dans un quartier très calme. Bien accueilli par Pascal, nous avons passé un superbe séjour d'une semaine, la maison est propre, bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle. La piscine vient compléter le tableau ! Non vraiment y'a rien à redire. Nous conseillons fortement cette location !

Wundervoll

Ein ausgesprochen schönes Anwesen, toller Pool, toller Whirlpool. Sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küchenausstattung war die beste die ich je in einem Ferienhaus hatte. Im Grunde fehlte es an nichts und es gab Geschirr und Gläser in Hülle und Fülle, auch ein paar ausgefallenere und schöne Dinge. Bequeme Betten, verschiedene Außensitzbereiche (sogar mehr als man benötigt). Nahezu unbegrenzte freie Stauräume in den Schränken. Mit elektrischem Tor abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Ruhige Nachbarschaft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ziemlich nah dabei. Sowohl der Besitzer als auch der Verwalter waren super nett. Danke noch Mal!

Belle maison idéale pour un séjour en famille

La maison est grande, bien agencée et décorée. L'extérieur avec la piscine , le jacuzzi dans un environnement paysagé est très agréable. La proximité des pistes cyclables et des commerces permet d'oublier la voiture. Parfait pour un séjour au calme!

Petit Paradis

Nous avons été séduits dans un premier temps par les photos puis par notre contact avec Pascal. A notre arrivée, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette maison. Tout y est ! Le confort, la déco, la qualité du mobilier, l’agencement des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, la piscine, l’emplacement dans le village avec un accès facilité aux pistes cyclables, à la boulangerie et au marché. Le vrai plus: La gentillesse et le service de Pascal. Clin d’œil également au propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison à celles et ceux qui recherchent un petit coin de Paradis sur cette île magnifique.

Très agréable séjour au calme

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, très bien équipée (machine à laver la vaisselle, le linge, robot aspirateur, plancha électrique en extérieur, grand parasol, transats...). Propreté impeccable, 2 wc séparés, 2 salles de bain dont une privative, tout pour le confort et que chacun se sente à son aise. Plusieurs espaces extérieurs aménagés qui permettent de profiter en fonction de l'ensoleillement, du vent... Un petit jardin encore "jeune" mais qui permet de jouer ou de se reposer. Le gérant de la location est très disponible et réactif, accueil parfait. L'environnement est assez construit (voisins proches) mais malgré tout très calme. Un petit peu loin du centre et des plages mais avec un vélo tout est agréablement à portée de pédale... Sinon il est possible de garer son véhicule très facilement à l'intérieur de la propriété. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur l'Ile que nous avons redécouvert ; Saint Georges est un très bon point de base pour visiter Oléron.
