Large 200 m² house, ideal for 8 adults and 6 children. All on one level, on a 980 m² plot enclosed by high walls, ensuring privacy. Just steps from the village market and a 15-minute walk to the beach through the woods behind the house. A cycle path runs past the property (bike rental nearby). The swimming pool (9 x 4 m) is heated (from late May to September) and secured by a roller shutter. There is a first terrace with garden furniture by the pool and a large awning, another at the rear for lunch or dinner with a BBQ and griddle, and a final one beside the pool with an awning for sun protection. The house comprises: a large 70 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher), 4 bedrooms (two with TVs) each with a 160x200 cm bed, and a large bedroom with three 90x190 cm bunk beds for 6 children. Two bathrooms, each with a large walk-in shower, and two separate toilets. A laundry room with a washing machine. There is also a toilet and shower near the pool. Parking for four cars is available.
