A bathroom with shower, electric towel dryer and a hair dryer...
An independent toilet.
Go down two steps to access the bedroom with its 160cm bed and a velux window.
No garden or outside, the beach is three minutes away! What could be better!
Its ++ : wifi access, all comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, a bike room.
A public parking lot is available on site. It is forbidden to smoke inside and to stay with animals.

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
